NEW PARLOUR SHOW. 18/03/2010
Parlour Magic: This sort of performance takes its name from Victorian times when a magician would be hired to entertain guests in the parlour. This is less formal than a stage show and is suited to groups of up to around 20 guests. Your guests can either be seated around a table or less formally seated in the room . This is a very popular option as it retains a great deal of the flexibility and intimacy of a close up performance while allowing Colin the scope to develop more drama in a way that cannot be achieved in the brief time a performer is with a guest during a close up performance.
A DAY OF FILMING FOR ITV. 24/10/2009
Colin has just finished a days filming for an itv production called four weddings.
This is a show usually shown on sky or cable TV channels and is due for broadcasting this year so be sure to pop back for the exact date and time.

Hebbelthwait Trophy Winner 2009
FOR THE SECOND YEAR RUNNING COLIN HAS WON THIS PRESTIGIOUS AWARD.

REVIEW
On June the 16th 2009 an audience of around 40 people gathered for the hebelthwaite trophy competition at the southlands centre in Middlesbrough the home of the Middlesbrough Circle of magicians.
Amongst the guests where magicians there family's and friends and of course 6 magicians all eager to win this prestigious trophy.
The room was split in to 2 areas where the magicians where to perform, meaning that each magician performed twice to two different audience's with 2 judges sitting amongst them.
after a nerve racking hour of performance and a delightful buffet the winner was announced and presented with the trophy by the president of the Middlesbrough circle martin Youngman.
